The environmentally friendly grown apples of Helsen Fruit form the base of this cider. A selection from the 2025 harvest was pressed into the tastiest apple juice, which grew into a crisp, tart cider with a soft finish. The addition of Motueka hops adds an extra tropical touch.
Since 2019 we have been making a local cider together with Helsen Fruit. We ferment the juice of a special selection of apples grown on Geel soil and give the cider an extra dimension with hops. Do not expect a sweet cider, but a natural, crisp and tart thirst quencher with a floral, citrus-fresh character and a dry finish. Ideal for a summer terrace.
